Jeremy is a non-residential (NRI) energy expert — VEKA accreditation EP18782 — building the tools that remove the daily frustrations Dieter lives through. His goal with EPC-Expert Pro: give every NRI expert more time for what truly matters — producing EPC certificates for clients. Admin out of the way, expertise at the centre. He wants to make the work more sustainable, more efficient, more enjoyable and above all more qualitative, so experts can focus on what makes the difference: the building, the client, a correct certificate.
EPC Expert BV (BE 0757.587.024) is based in Tervuren and active in Flemish Brabant since 2018. We hold two VEKA accreditations (EP18784 and EP18782) and are working on the full digitalisation of the EPC process.
Now: EPC A (residential). Within 12 months: EPC B (small non-residential) and EPC NR (large non-residential). Then: expansion to Wallonia and Brussels — same principles, adapted to local regulations.
