EPC Expert BV respects your privacy. In this policy we explain what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What data we collect
- Contact details via our demo form (name, email, phone, company)
- Account data if you use EPC-Expert Pro (via the application at app.epc-expert-pro.be)
- Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (only with cookie consent)
How we use the data
- Contact: only to answer your request
- Account: to deliver the SaaS service
- Technical: to improve the website (anonymous, aggregated)
Where the data is stored
All personal data is stored on EU servers (Supabase, Ireland). Fully GDPR compliant.
Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors. All are GDPR compliant and/or have appropriate safeguards in place.
- Supabase (Ireland, EU) — database and authentication for the SaaS application
- Cloudflare (EU/global) — hosting, CDN and security for this website
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — anonymised visitor statistics, only after cookie consent
- Calendly (United States, SCCs applicable) — booking demo appointments
- Mollie (Netherlands, EU) — payment processing for SaaS subscriptions
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data. You can also withdraw your consent and file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
