Questions about pricing and the trial
Why isn't there pricing on this page?
Pro has a fixed price you see in the app before you pay; for Enterprise we put together a tailored offer.
How does the trial work?
Every trial starts with a free 45-minute introduction. After that we activate your account and you have one month free, no credit card, with up to 5 files to test. The trial is only for recognised energy experts. You get everything Pro offers, except the AI features (A+, nameplate scanner, floor plan from PDF and AI sorting). If it fits, we discuss together which plan suits you.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, the monthly subscription does: it auto-renews and you cancel it in the app, with effect at the end of the current month. The annual subscription, which is better value than monthly, does not auto-renew: you get a reminder before it ends and renew it yourself if you want to.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You export your files as PDF at any time. If the agreement ends, your account stays read-only with export for 90 days, unless you ever bought credits: then you remain a customer. After that, we delete everything for good.
Do I pay per file or per month?
Your choice. With a subscription you pay a fixed amount per month or per year, the year is better value, for unlimited files. With credits you pay per file, through packages of 5, 10 or 25 with bonus credits, with no expiry date.
How do credits work?
You buy credits in packages: 5, 10 (10 + 1 free, so 11 credits) or 25 (25 + 3 free, so 28 credits). Each time you create a new EPC file, you use one credit. Unused credits do not expire.
Do credits give me the same features?
Yes. With credits you get exactly the same features as the Pro subscription, including the nameplate scanner, the VEKA entry assistant and A+.
Can I switch between credits and a subscription?
Yes. You can switch between the subscription and credits at any time. Unused credits remain valid.
What does a credit cost?
We discuss that on request, after a demo or through the contact page.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A yearly subscription is better value than paying monthly. It does not auto-renew: you get a reminder before it ends and renew it yourself if you want to.
