For those who want to keep using SketchUp: the app fits right in. Import your SketchUp model and the app uses that data for volumes and surfaces.

Typing on a tablet is slow and error-prone. EPC-Expert Pro uses smart defaults that automatically fill in the most common value based on context. Enter the construction year once → insulation defaults are suggested based on the legislation of that time. Your own defaults can also be set for recurring elements. Less typing = faster + fewer errors.
Installation databases
Brands, models and capacities already in the database. No more lookup work.
Boilers, ventilation systems, solar panels and heat pumps are already in the database with all relevant parameters: brand, model, capacity, efficiency, production year. Type a brand → pick model → all values auto-filled. No more Google searches during measurement. You can always override manually if a value differs.
Auto-calculations & auto-lookup
Software calculates volumes and surfaces, looks up R values, insulation, labels and capacities online.
The software does the calculation AND the lookup work: volumes and surfaces are calculated from your laser measurements or SketchUp import. R values of insulation materials, U values of glass, label forecasts and installation capacities are looked up online from official sources. Everything is visible in your file — you can review and adjust every value.
100% VEKA compliant
Exactly the same field names and values as VEKA. No translation needed.
Every field in EPC-Expert Pro maps 1-to-1 to a VEKA field. Same names, same dropdown values, same structure. No translation, no surprises on submission. If VEKA changes their form, we adapt the mapping within 48h. You won't notice anything.
VEKA entry assistant
The assistant fills VEKA for you. You review, adjust and submit.
When your file is ready, the entry assistant opens the VEKA application and fills all fields automatically. You see in real-time what's happening. You check every value, adjust where needed and click Calculate and Submit yourself. The assistant never clicks those buttons itself — you keep the final call.
