No — absolutely not. EPC-Expert Pro is an assistant, not a replacement. It calculates, looks up values and pre-fills. But you check every value, adjust where needed and submit yourself. You keep the final call.

Yes. We use exactly the same field names and dropdown values as VEKA. Every field maps 1-to-1 to a VEKA field. No translation needed.

SketchUp becomes optional. You can draw floor plans with laser input or AI sketch directly in the app. Prefer to keep using SketchUp? Still possible — EPC-Expert Pro fits right in.

Brands, models and capacities of boilers, ventilation systems, solar panels and heat pumps are already in the database. You no longer need to search online for the right R value or capacity — the assistant gives it instantly. You can always override manually.

The software calculates volumes, surfaces, R and U values, and looks up insulation, labels and capacities online. Everything is visible in the app, and you can review and adjust every value.

No. EPC-Expert Pro follows the same inspection route you already use today. You keep your own method — the assistant only speeds up the administrative part.

Yes. All data is on EU servers (Supabase, Ireland). GDPR compliant, encrypted storage, no data sharing with third parties. You remain owner of your data.

Works on laptop, desktop, tablet and phone. Tablet is optional but makes you faster on site. Bluetooth laser is optional and speeds up measuring even more.

We follow all VEKA updates and adapt field mapping within 48h. You don't notice anything.

Yes, at any time. PDF export of complete files, Excel export of data. No lock-in. If you stop, your data is deleted within 30 days per GDPR.

Yes. Multi-user is available with shared files and separate logins per expert. Ideal for offices with 2-10 experts.

Yes. Every new user receives a 1-on-1 onboarding session of 60 minutes where we go through your first file together. Plus: video guides, a help center and direct support via email.

We currently focus on EPC A (residential). EPC B (small non-residential) and EPC NR (large non-residential) are on our roadmap for 2026. As an early-adopter, you have a say on which features get priority.
