Create file

Enter the address — the app pulls KBO, cadastre and Street View data and prepares the file.

Type the address of the property. EPC-Expert Pro automatically pulls the following data: KBO data (construction year, owner, parcel), cadastre (surface, home type), Google Street View (facade photo) and EPC history (previous reports). So you don't start with a blank screen, but with a pre-structured file.

Measure on site

Laser, photos and dropdowns on laptop, tablet or phone — follows a fixed inspection route.

The app guides you through a fixed inspection route so you don't forget anything: from exterior tour to facades, roofs, rooms, ventilation, installations. Use your Bluetooth laser for quick measurements, take photos for the file, fill dropdowns (most fields have smart defaults already). SketchUp is optional — the app works with just laser input too.

Software calculates and looks up

Volumes, surfaces, R values, insulation, labels and capacities — automatically.

While you keep working, the software does the math: volumes and surfaces from measurements, R and U values from insulation and glass choices, label forecast based on preliminary input. And the lookup work: brands, models, capacities of installations from the internal database, official values from VEKA and government sources.

Entry assistant + your control

The assistant fills VEKA for you. You review, adjust and submit.

When your file is complete, the entry assistant opens VEKA and fills all fields automatically. You see in real-time what's happening and can intervene at any moment. You check every value, adjust where needed and click Calculate and Submit yourself. The assistant does the prep work — you keep the final call.
